Microsoft support answers questions about Microsoft's products. It will tell you how a feature works. It will not tell you which of your processes is worth rebuilding, what it costs you today, or what to do first - and it does not know your business. We work on your problems, in your environment, and that includes telling you when the answer is something you already pay for rather than anything new.

Will our IT team be comfortable with this?

They should be, and we bring them in during week one rather than after. Everything is built inside your own environment, on the licences you already hold. Nothing moves to us, nothing is hosted by us, and your data does not leave your tenant. If your IT team has standards for how things are built and deployed, we work to them and hand over documentation that matches.

We already have a partner who does our Microsoft work. Where do you fit?

Alongside them, usually. We are specialists brought in for a specific outcome on a fixed timescale, not a replacement for whoever runs your estate. We do not resell licences and we are not competing for the account. If the work is better done by the people already inside your business, we will say so.

What if we pick the wrong three processes?

That is what week one is for. We choose them with you from what you actually run, and we measure each one before we touch it, so the decision is made on evidence rather than instinct. If a process turns out not to be worth rebuilding, we say so and pick another - it is better to find that out in week one than in week five.
